About SEASTx
SEASTx was created from our previous company which was started in early 2012 as Seismic Staffing, LLC. Seismic Staffing outsourced contract labors who knew the ins and out of the equipment and the lay of the “land” so to speak. As Seismic grew so did the need for specialized equipment. Hence the need to regroup and expand our company to Seismic Equipment and Staffing LLC, which will be known as SEASTx.
The owners are US Navy veterans who served onboard nuclear submarines as Sonar Technicians. Sonar Techs use sonar equipment to detect, analyze, locate underwater vessels, elements and targets. Each owner is hands on, whether in the field or making sure the equipment is fully functional and specifically designed for the projects at hand. The owners and contract laborers are also certified in every aspect needed to provide the best quality and safety measures for our contractors and clients.
SEASTx has worked with many clients over the years: Tesla, Hallibuton, BP, Shell, Texaco, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, SAExploration and several others. SEASTx has even had the opportunity to work with the University of Austin in Texas. We are here to help the future prospects in achieving the best quality in seismic technology and sonar equipment knowledge.

As a service provider in the exploration sector, our knowledge varies greatly depending on our client’s needs. SEAS TX has the experience and resources to provide everything from highly portable modular shallow water tuned arrays, which are used in the shallow water theater with an emphasis on OBC and transition zone work, to an all-inclusive shooting package including platform navigation, geophysical equipment, and personnel for use in the deeper water arena.
